COOKOUTS!!!! I love to go to cookouts. Just good old fashion fun. There's always something yummy on the grill, and usually always potato salad, and some adult beverages, lots of kiddos running around, and just hanging out. Actually this is probably what I miss most about living at the beach, we cooked out all the time!
Anyway, we headed out to the Monsruds (Uncle Justin's family) for a cookout. It was nice to see everyone, and the food was so yummy!
Payton watched everyone. She is so inquisitive of people.
But Grammy couldn't just let her sit there when they're were perfectly good arms that could hold her. So she watched from Grammy's View.
And what cookout would be complete without swimming. Payton & Emma (not the same Emma from the lake) swam with Uncle Justin. Good thing he has lots of energy because those girls wore him out!
Then mean old mommy made Payton get out of the pool at dinner time. It's always the mom that makes you follow the rules.
But how could you stay mad when Mimi feeds you junk food. Yummy Cheetos! Fruit Mimi give her Fruit!
Then Payton showed Aunt Mimi how you can make music with your lips. The girl is a trip.
Typing all of this about cookouts has made me hungry for some hot dogs! I should plan a cookout soon!
